Naturopathy is a system of health care which is rooted in the belief that, our body has innate power to heal itself. Nature is comprised of five elements, namely Earth, Sun, Water, Air and Ether. Our body is also made of these five elements. The five elements in existence are space, air, fire, water and earth. Together, they play an almost magical role in wellbeing and sickness.
